I am enamored with this type of art at the moment. It involved long exposure photography and a handheld light source such as a flashlight. The light source doesn't even necessarily have to be in the picture. It can be added later in the dark room. This type of picture is generally taken at night and the effect can also be added by moving the camera while you snap the picture. If you google light graffiti you will come up with many very interesting websites but if you just want to look at pictures try flickr.com. People with creative juice rushing through their veins astound me.
